What Is Pinsa Romana – and Why Is It So Delicious?

The word Pinsa literally means “stretched” – and that’s exactly how our dough is prepared: stretched by hand, airy, light, and incredibly flavourful.

What makes our Pinsa unique is the dough-making process. We use three different types of flour, water, and yeast, and let the dough ferment for a full 48 hours before baking it to perfection in a stone oven.

The result? A base that is crispy on the outside and soft and light on the inside – almost like a cloud, with the perfect texture. Compared to traditional pizza, Pinsa is lighter and easier to digest. It’s Italian pizza as it is meant to be: artisanally baked, with respect for both ingredients and tradition.
