How to Make a Booking for Larger Groups

The process is simple and usually looks like this:

1. Send a booking request

Start by sending a request stating the date, approximate number of guests, and type of event – for example, a company dinner, thesis defence party, or family dinner.

If you have any special requests, such as presentation equipment or specific dietary requirements, it is a good idea to mention this at this stage.

2. We suggest a menu

For larger groups, we usually recommend a set menu, typically consisting of two or three courses. This ensures that the service runs smoothly and that everyone in the party is served at roughly the same time.

For example, you can choose:

a two-course dinner
a three-course dinner
a main course with a few different options to choose from

We always adapt the menu to the size of the group and what suits your evening best.

3. Pre-ordering food

For groups of eight or more, we normally ask that food be pre-ordered at least 48 hours before arrival. This allows the kitchen to plan for the group and ensures that everything runs smoothly during dinner.
